This is very upsetting because Doordash allowed the scammer to gain access to a virtual replacement card which the thieve might have used to take all my money out of my account. I’ve had my 4 months savings in the Dasher Direct app and it was all wipe out. They told me also since the transaction was already completed, there is nothing they can do. They told me that my account was hacked and that some weird email address was used on my account as well as a different phone number. On monday June 20th, 2022,I call at 1101 amand was finally able to get a hold of Someone from the Dasher Direct technical support. They could not get a hold of anyone from the Dasher support technical services and they told me that someone would reach to me within the next 24 hours, which did not happen. I contacted Doordash support at 9:23 pmand was on the phone for 18 minutes addressing the issue. I click on password reset and no code was sent to my email account. When I woke up i tried to log into my dasher direct account and i could not. On Fathers Day June 19th 2022, while I was asleep I received a text message at 7:07 pm that stated that my email address was updated on the Dasher Direct app. Good evening, my name is Randy Rampersaud and I’m a Doordash driver from Queens New York. I called into dasher again and they told me to go to the merchant which I did. I called back on Decemafter I was double charged on the 21st then the 22nd from Seena wine, I was also charged on January 11th and January 12th from same liquor store.
